Del Monte Pineapples are perfect for grilling. Trim, core and peel your pineapple and then cut into spears. Combine 1/2 a cup of brown sugar and a teaspoon of cinnamon in a large zipper bag. Add the pineapple spears and shake to coat. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Heat grill to medium heat, place spears on grill. Turn every few minutes until golden brown.
Great served with fish or just as a delicious snack!
